VACMS is guided by its Constitution and Bylaws, which establish the structure, responsibilities, and procedures of our organization.

Proposed 2026 Revisions

The VACMS Board has proposed revisions to the Constitution. VACMS members will vote on the Constitution at the 2026 Annual Conference, November 5–6, 2026, in Charlottesville.
